The Best of PUBLIC EATERY @RobinsonsMagnolia

Public Eatery is Robinsons Magnolia’s resident food hall inspired by subway lines that takes you different culinary adventures. It is where the New Manila neighborhood gather over good food. It’s the latest food hall managed by Charles Paw group known for The Grid, and food concepts at the Mitsukoshi Mall Food Court.

We tried all the best sellers in all the stalls and here are our Top 10 food in Public Eatery:

1. 10 TEN by Tsuke-Men

Ten by Tsuke-Men’s Kushiyaki, Tsukemen, Ramen Menu

This was the favorite of the family! Everything we ordered, from the richest Tonkotsu Premium Ramen (₱520), Gyokai Tuskemen (₱390), and the Robu Kushiyaki Platter (6 sticks – ₱945), was quite good. Highly recommended. A good place to enjoy good ramen and Japanese food.

Thomson Road Menu: Baos & Claypot Rice.

This was a Singaporean-inspired favorite in Molito Alabang that finally found its home in Public Eatery. They have the best Jumbo Siomai (₱275), handmade with shrimp, pork, and mushroom. It is quite tasty and can be enjoyed in a few bites. They are also best known for their Char Sui Claypot Rice and Seafood Laksa.

3. SEAFOOD & OYSTER BAR (OB) by Chef Sonny Mariano

Menu: Oysters, Starters, Seafood Rice Platters, Dessert and Drink

Fresh oysters from Aklan are available all day. Get a half dozen fresh oysters (₱360/6 pcs.) and miso custard (₱360/6 pcs.). The oysters are small and served with vinegar. Don’t forget to check out the Cheesy Cassava Cake by Chef Sonny Mariano for dessert.

Menu: Make Your Own | Appetizer | Soup and Grilled Meats Ala Carte

We recommend making your own combination. Here are the combinations we enjoyed:
• US Beef Belly (₱490) with American Hickory BBQ, Garlic Adobo Rice, and Mushroom Sisig.
• Salmon Fillet (₱580) with Miso Teriyaki, Kimchi Rice, and Macaroni Salad.
Overall, it is good value for money. The portions are sulit and the taste is good.

Menu: Consciously Made with Plant-Based Ingredients

FRNK, named after its literal meaning of being frank and honest about their plant-based ingredients, showcases its pilot coffee stall vibe with its innovative cold drink concoctions. We enjoyed the Macca Yuzu (₱145), Baked Purple (₱175), and Kyoto (Dirty Maccha) Latte (₱230). This is the best drink stall in the food hall with interesting combinations and premium ingredients.

6. SAMYAN by Chef Ton

Menu: Chef Specials | Thai it Yourself, Tom Yum, Pad Thai, Small Plates | Dessert & Drinks

This is the best stall to get your Thai cravings fix with their Crab Pad Thai (₱720) and Crab Fried Rice (₱590). We will definitely go back to this stall to try their other chef specials.

7. MORSE COFFEE by Mike Holaschke, Making it Happen Vlogger

Morse Coffee is a specialty coffee shop located at the center of Public Eatery. They offer their own Morse coffee blend, as well as signature coffee concoctions. If you’re looking for a coffee dessert, try the Iced Tiramisu (₱230). It’s served with cream on top and ladyfingers on the side.

8. LE’CHON by Chef Happy Ongpauco

Gourmet Lechon. Le’Chon Menu

We enjoyed the Lechon Sisig and Lechon Angus Beef Belly (₱525), which was topped with vegetables and served with mayo, lechon sauce, and atsara.

9. NEW YORK CUBAO by Chef Tatung

If you’re looking for something different, check out Chef Tatung’s elevated street food menu, which features Boracay’s Pinoy Chori Burger (₱205) and Kwek Kwek Fried Chicken (₱335).

10. OK, BOB by Chef Decker

Fine Middle-Eastern Eats.

For your kebab cravings, checkout OK Bob’s hanging meat Kebab served over rice.


Overall, our family’s favorites are 10 by Tsuke-men Ramen, Thomson Road’s Jumbo Siomai, and Anyhow’s make-your-own Inihaw specialties. For something unique that you can only find in Public Eatery, check out Samyan’s Thai food, NYC Cubao’s Reinvented Filipino cuisine, and Morse Specialty Coffee. Don’t miss the oysters from Seafood & Oyster Bar (SOB) and the unique concoctions of FRNK’s. This is a great place for a family food trip or to hang out before watching a movie.
