This was the favorite of the family! Everything we ordered, from the richest Tonkotsu Premium Ramen (₱520), Gyokai Tuskemen (₱390), and the Robu Kushiyaki Platter (6 sticks – ₱945), was quite good. Highly recommended. A good place to enjoy good ramen and Japanese food.

This was a Singaporean-inspired favorite in Molito Alabang that finally found its home in Public Eatery. They have the best Jumbo Siomai (₱275), handmade with shrimp, pork, and mushroom. It is quite tasty and can be enjoyed in a few bites. They are also best known for their Char Sui Claypot Rice and Seafood Laksa.

Overall, it is good value for money. The portions are sulit and the taste is good.

FINAL THOUGHTS

Overall, our family’s favorites are 10 by Tsuke-men Ramen, Thomson Road’s Jumbo Siomai, and Anyhow’s make-your-own Inihaw specialties. For something unique that you can only find in Public Eatery, check out Samyan’s Thai food, NYC Cubao’s Reinvented Filipino cuisine, and Morse Specialty Coffee.
